Born from a
Morning Ritual

It all began with a simple daily rhythm. From the time my daughter was born, our mornings were defined by the quiet moments spent making coffee together. As soon as she was old enough to stand on her own, she became a natural at the bar—holding the mug, carefully pouring the milk, and proudly crafting the morning brew.

What started as a small routine quickly grew into our favorite tradition. The name Alongside Coffee is a tribute to those mornings spent side-by-side.

This business is a true labor of love, and we are beyond proud to share that same sense of connection and joy with you at your next event.

Most carts hand you a menu. We hand you a private link — a save-the-date where you shape your bar in the weeks before the day: choose a palette to match your colors, write a welcome to your guests, even craft signature drinks named for the two of you.

Order from your seat

On the day, guests scan a small card at their table and order from their phone — no line, no crowding the bar.

Always in the know

A live tracker follows each drink from being made to ready, with first names up on the bar and a quiet text when it's done.

A keepsake to keep

Afterward, a private recap — drinks poured, a wall of guest names, the photos and notes they left you — to revisit and share.

All of it runs on Alongside Events — the platform we built ourselves, and the same one we pour our own weddings on. It's the part most coffee carts simply can't offer.

We provide full-service specialty coffee bars across the Greater Seattle Area, including Federal Way, Bellevue, Tacoma, and beyond.

Distance is no obstacle for a great cup of coffee. Inquire for custom travel quotes outside our standard radius.

We pull our shots exclusively on a La Marzocco Linea Mini. It brings the power, temperature stability, and precision of a world-class cafe directly to your event.

We typically arrive 1 to 1.5 hours prior to your event's start time to dial in the espresso, calibrate the grinders, and prepare the bar.

Yes! We provide all necessary premium cups, lids, stirrers, and napkins for your guests.

Yes, to secure your date on our calendar, we require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Yes — Alongside is a licensed business and fully insured. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue whenever one is required.

No, our cart is completely self-contained. We bring our own triple-filtered water supply.

We plug into any standard 120V outlet within 50 feet. A dedicated 15 or 20-amp circuit is preferred.

We serve the entire Greater Seattle Area. Travel within 30 miles of Auburn, WA is included.

Yes — every drink is handcrafted individually by our barista, so lines and short waits are a normal part of the live espresso bar experience. Wait times vary based on event size, drink complexity, and order flow. For larger events where throughput is a priority, we offer a two-barista setup during booking to move the line faster.
